These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flight Deck platform operated by Sage Cactus Works LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Flight Deck. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Flight Deck is a web-based software platform that helps Honor Flight hub organizations manage veterans, guardians, applications, and trip logistics. Each hub receives an isolated environment with its own subdomain and database.
The service is intended for use by Honor Flight hub organizations and their authorized staff. The person creating the hub account must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
New hubs receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your hub will become read-only.
The service is offered at $39 per month per hub, billed monthly. This includes unlimited users, unlimited records, and all features. Prices are in US dollars.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your hub settings. Upon cancellation, your hub will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will become read-only. You may export your data during and after the read-only period. Data is permanently deleted 90 days after cancellation.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel, you will have access for the remainder of your paid billing period.
The hub administrator is responsible for managing user accounts within their hub, including granting and revoking access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Flight Deck only for its intended purpose: managing Honor Flight hub operations. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. We use your data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and the ability to export all data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. We will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Cactus Works LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flight Deck from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
