Added CSV import now supports custom fields — any custom fields your hub has created will appear in the column mapping dropdown during import

Added Automatic email bounce detection — undeliverable veteran and guardian email addresses are flagged with a "Bounced" badge on records, a warning banner on detail pages, and a dashboard alert showing total count

Added Multi-Select custom field type — create checkbox groups where multiple options can be selected (e.g., war eras served, medical conditions)

Added Medical records access control — admins can grant medical field access to specific users from the Users page. Users without access won't see medical sections on records, forms, exports, or PDFs.
Changed Redesigned Application Fields into collapsible sections for a faster, more streamlined workflow
Changed Custom fields can now be placed anywhere within a section — use the "Place After" dropdown to position them exactly where they belong on your forms
Added Guardians are now automatically added to a flight when paired with a veteran who is already on that flight — no need to assign them separately

Added Column mapping for imports — upload any CSV or Excel file and map your columns to Flight Deck fields, no reformatting needed
Added Save column mappings so future imports from the same spreadsheet format are automatic
Changed Updated Import & Export guide with new column mapping instructions

Added Customize your applications — choose which fields to show, rename labels, set what's required, and add your own custom fields
Changed Reorganized navigation and settings for easier access

Added Save & Finish Later — applicants can save a partial veteran or guardian application and return to complete it
Changed Dashboard now shows all upcoming flights instead of just the next one

Added Customizable application page — set your own header text, eligibility requirements, and service area for veteran applications
Changed Hub-specific settings now drive eligibility text, county lists, and application wording instead of defaults
